  6. Iraqi missiles; between the State Department and the government
  7. of Iraq; totaling $27.3 million. The U.S. presented a claim to
  8. Iraq last year, and the negotiated compensation will provide
  9. survivors with sums based on each serviceman's length of service
  10. and the financial need of his family.
